Get To Know Our Story

  • 1988

    David B. Frazier opens Atlantic Thermoform Corporation in Juncos, Puerto Rico, to meet the island's demand for quality thermoform medical packaging.

  • 1990

    Strategic business relationships are etched in stone with suppliers, clients, and partners that, to this day, allow Atlantic to hold a competitive edge.

  • 2000

    After growing the plant to 10 production lines and 3 shifts with a robust client dossier, the plant was acquired.

  • 2011

    Zachary Frazier gets into the thermoform game and gains experience starting up a full-service medical thermoform plant as Plant Manager for five years in Humacao, Puerto Rico.

  • 2014

    David B. Frazier and Zachary Frazier see the same opportunities in Tecate, Mexico, for quality premium packaging as there were over 20 years ago in Puerto Rico.

  • 2015

    Atlantic International LLC is born. Headquarters in Boulder, Colorado, is established, and a manufacturing plant in Tecate, Mexico, is opened.

  • 2016

    A Rocky Start and Lots of Learning

    Truth be told. Even with solid business relationships and stacks of real-world experience, beginnings were tough.

    Harsh Times Breed Strong Solutions

    We had to learn to be as efficient as possible. To keep our operation lean and agile and pass it on to our clients–forging a culture of no waste.

    With a global pandemic and skyrocketing need for Covid-19 test kits, it was our chance to prove we could be efficient, reliable, and fast in production.
